Prices vary but generally a four hour event with food, non-alcoholic beverages, service, tax, and gratuity is about $30 per person.
When planning events such as wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, or quinceaneras with your wedding planner or event coordinator, it is often helpful to have some event specific information for pricing. For example, date, time and length of the event, number of guests, menu and beverage selections, with or without a cash or host bar, and the type of music, live, DJ or just background music. Fresh cut floral arrangements, chair covers and sashes, or fountains may add to the cost so be sure to specify such things in advance so your won't be surprised by any additional charges. If possible, make as many decisions early in the process as things become very busy nearer to the event date.
